7. Issue of certificates for
  • driving licence;
  • disability for working;
  • reduced working capability (OOSZI);
  • use of fire arms;
  • certificate for free mediaction;
  • enrolment for social care;
  • subsidy for persons with redudced capability of motion;
  • tax reclaim.
8. Certificate of Death
If the death occurred in the residence or work place without medical service, the certificate of death should be issued by the family doctor, paediatrician or medical doctor on duty responsible for the area. However, the doctor of ambulance service will declare the death of persons died on the street, in public places or vehicles.
